IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
ALL testing administrations scheduled by SAT and ACT through June 1st have been CANCELLED
SAT and ACT are actively monitoring the situation and making adjustments as needed, with student and public health and safety as a top priority.
If you were registered for a test in March, April or May, please log into your account for information regarding your specific test refund status. ALL STUDENTS MUST TAKE ACTION TO RESCHEDULE THEIR TESTS.
SAT: College Board is canceling the May 2, 2020 SAT administration. Makeup exams for the March 14 administration (scheduled for March 28) are also canceled.Students who already registered for May, whose March test centers were closed, or who do not receive March scores because of any irregularities will receive refunds.
In the coming days, College Board will share additional information and details directly with registered students and test centers.
Updates can be found at: https://pages.collegeboard.org/natural-disasters
ACT: ACT has rescheduled its April 4 national test date to June 13 across the U.S. All students registered for the April 4 test date will receive an email from ACT in the next few days informing them of the postponement and instructions for free rescheduling to June 13 or a future national test date.
Updates can be found at: https://www.act.org/content/act/en/covid-19.html
FOR TESTERS WITH A FEE WAIVER: Your test will not be automatically refunded. You will need to call SAT (866-756-7346) or ACT (319-337-1270) to have the "Change Registrations Fee" waived - you will then be able to select a new test.
Adviser recommendation: At this time, I do not recommend students register for the June test. Both SAT and ACT are working to add additional testing dates to the upcoming schedule. Additionally, this is an active situation and there is a chance these test dates have a potential to be rescheduled as well.
With new information I will continue to update these recommendations and the status of these tests. If you have questions, please use the "CONTACT ME" tab at the top of this page to reach out.
